Domestic waste refers to the waste that is generated from day-to-day use of a domestic premise.

Our domestic solid waste collection covers 8 area of services which includes Klang, Petaling Jaya, Selayang Ampang, Sepang, Hulu Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Pulau Ketam.

We also collect non-hazardous waste from comercial areas and other premises. Our collection schedule is as follows:

Residences

Selangor : Three (3) times a week.
Kuala Lumpur : Twice (2)times a week.
Strata : Every Day.

Commercial

Commercial Properties : Seven(7) times a week.
Industrial waste : Six (6) times a week.

Work Scope for Domestic Solid Waste Collection

Collection Services shall be in accordance with the schedule set by the Council.
Solid Waste should not be collected by public roads or any residential or public areas.
Collection Services work is for Solid Waste that is inside and around outside the rubbish bin or rubbish bin.
Solid Waste should not be scattered on public roads during the collection Service work.
Compact trucks are not allowed to stop for too long or release leachate waste in any area except at the Landfill.
Collection Services work in commercial areas should be done as early as morning to avoid congestion.
Solid waste collection trucks should be washed or cleaned after each use.
Shall ensure that no solid waste is lifted from the collection centers to the dumping site, leaks, spills, leaks and so on on any public road or any place while on the way to the Landfill.
Must ensure that all solid waste collected, disposed of at the Landfill.
